Dedication of a fountain and dolphin sculpture, donated by John Spoor Broome and his family. James “Bud” Bottoms, who designed the dolphin sculpture and fountain, will also be present, joined by students, faculty, and staff at CSUCI, and community leaders. CSUCI President Richard R. Rush will preside over the ceremonies, which will include a Chumash blessing.
