Camarillo, Calif., March 19, 2009 – Career Development Services at CSU Channel Islands will hold its 7th Annual Career and Internship Fair on Thursday, April 16 from 10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. This year’s Career Fair will be held in conjunction with the Grad Fest event for graduating seniors. An early registration deadline and fee of $190 for prospective employers is good through Friday, March 27. Registrations made on March 28 or thereafter will be $200.
The Career Fair is an opportunity for Ventura County companies to meet the newest people entering the work force. Many students attend the Fair because they are ready to transition from college into careers and want to find the best fit. Others are looking for internships to help them develop the necessary skills, training, and experience that prepare them for jobs when they graduate. Employers looking for individuals who match their profile for success will be pleased with the quality and preparedness of students from CSU Channel Islands.
Companies with an existing University account can register for the Career Fair at the CareerLink website https://csuci-csm.symplicity.com/employers/index.php?signin_tab=0&js_disabled=0 and click on the register button.
