Virtual 508 Overview
Virtual 508 Accessible Web Publishing Wizard is a simple way to convert your Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation accessible to the students with disabilities.
You can download a free trial version of the software from http://www.virtual508.com/download.html or the MS Office 2007 version from http://www.virtual508.com/download2007.html

With the trial version for pre-2007 versions of MS Office you will be limited to:
- Powerpoint: only converts the first 5 slides
- MS Word: only converts the first 1200 characters
- Excel: only converts the first worksheet or chart
**The MS Office 2007 trial version of Vitrutal508 is fully functionaly but is limited to 30 uses.
To receive a copy of the full version:
To Download and Install the Trial Version:
- Go to http://www.virtual508.com/download.html
- Scroll down to the heading "Downloading the Wizard"
- Click the link that says "Select this link to download current version: Version 2.4"
- Save the file
- When the file has finished downloading, double-click it to run the installation
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software
If you are using MS Office 2007:
- Go to http://www.virtual508.com/download2007.html
- Click the link that says "Download the Accessible Wizard for Office 2007 by clicking here"
- Save the file
- Double click the ownloaded file to run the installation
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software
